The Penn-Jersey CareWinners List

The Del-Chester Rose Society is a group of rose lovers who live in the greater Philadelphia (PA, USA) area. We are affiliated with the American Rose Society and part of the ARS Penn-Jersey District. We are dedicated to enjoying the rose, and educating the general public about the joys of growing roses.

Dues are $15 per year. Membership includes a monthly newsletter, as well as meetings and get-togethers during the rose growing season.
